Organization Transformation of Industry Business Unit Compression Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day Join us as a Client Manager, w you will be the primary link between our service solutions and key clients, particularly in the Compressors and Steam Turbines sectors within the Industrial and Oil & Gas markets. Your main objective will be to cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, enhance market transparency, and drive customer satisfaction as the primary representative for Siemens Energy. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets. This includes analyzing customer contracts, conducting risk assessments, and preparing for negotiations. You will manage the entire sales process, from forecasting opportunities in CRM systems like Salesforce to coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery. Success in this role requires close collaboration with various internal departments, including product competence centers, project management, logistics, and supply chain teams. You will also support the deployment of digital solutions for rotating equipment and coordinate field service mobilization, positioning Siemens Energy as a leading service provider and building lasting partnerships that enhance the efficiency and reliability of our customers' assets. How You'll Make an Impact Client Relationship & Sales Strategy (40%): Establish, maintain, and improve customer contacts at all organizational levels to gather market intelligence and enhance satisfaction. Develop and implement winning sales strategies to achieve defined sales targets and position Siemens Energy as a premier service provider. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Distributed Generation and Oil & Gas markets. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships to increase market transparency. Commercial & Contract Management (40%): Analyze the scope of supply and customer contract agreements, carrying out risk analyses to prepare for negotiations. Manage and accurately forecast sales opportunities and revenues using CRM tools like . Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with company compliance and business conduct guidelines. Technical Coordination & Internal Collaboration (20%): Manage sales activities and coordination between customers, product competence centers, regional hubs, and project management teams. Support the application and sale of digital solutions applicable to rotating equipment. Coordinate with internal teams to support the mobilization of field service engineers for customer site work. Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent technical studies from an accredited university. Significant relevant sales experience in the energy or industrial sector may be considered in lieu of a degree. 5+ years of sales experience in servicing rotating equipment, preferably in the oil and gas market. Strong commercial understanding and direct customer interaction experience. Those with experience may be considered for a senior level. Proficiency with CRM tools for sales forecasting and management, such as Salesforce. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively in a team and with individuals from various cultural backgrounds. Demonstrated planning skills with a confident and flexible approach. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Self-motivated drive to enhance customer satisfaction. Travel 50% in the territory of major accounts (Domestic only).
