Job Description

Account Delivery Manager Introduction:
This position requires someone with an End-to-End Ownership Mindset, Strong Customer Credibility & Executive Presence, Operational Excellence with a Value Lens, Ability to Lead and Scale High-Performing Teams, and Strategic Thinking with Execution Rigor. The Delivery Manager/ Account Manager will be responsible for overall accountability for successful project delivery, customer relationship management, business development, and people management.
Responsibilities:
Accountability for successful delivery of all projects and engagement Conduct metrics-based health checks and take corrective actions Chair engagement steering committee and operational meetings Implement engagement improvement plans Oversee operations such as staffing, invoicing compliance, and contract renewals Establish and nurture customer relationships Contribute to business development and support RFP/pursuits Provide performance feedback to line managers Offer strategic project and program management guidance Motivate and mentor cross-functional project teams Resolve conflicts and escalate issues as needed
