Disaster Specialists is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to expand our presence throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod. This is not a desk job. You'll spend your time in the field meeting decision-makers, developing referral partnerships, networking, and building long-term business relationships that drive growth. What You'll Do You'll be responsible for developing and growing a sales territory through relationship-based business development.
Key responsibilities include:
Building relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, contractors, plumbers, HVAC companies, and business owners Prospecting and developing new referral partnerships Conducting face-to-face meetings throughout the territory Attending networking events, chamber meetings, and industry functions Following up consistently and maintaining activity within CRM Working closely with company leadership to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships What Success Looks Like Successful candidates will: Build a strong referral network Create new business opportunities Develop lasting professional relationships Increase company visibility throughout the territory Help drive long-term revenue growth This role rewards consistency, professionalism, persistence, and relationship-building ability.
