Job Description

Apex Legacy Group is seeking a full-time Entry Level Account Manager. Our Entry Level Account Manager manages expectations so well that customers are pleasantly surprised when things go right. Your account management circles on Verizon services, setting realistic expectations, that yes, fiber is fast, but it won't cook dinner. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will spend your time interacting in person with our customers, answering their questions, and managing their accounts under our Verizon Fios portfolio. The Entry Level Account Manager's focus is to talk to our customers in person about their daily data habits, catch the small details, and prove that it is time for an internet upgrade. Role Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager Care for customer accounts by engaging in person with customers and helping them select suitable Verizon Fios internet and TV plans. Grow sales within accounts by conducting thoughtful reviews and promoting beneficial Verizon Fios upgrades and bundles. Foster positive account and sales relationships through regular follow-ups and dedicated support for Verizon Fios services. Ensure smooth account management by coordinating renewals, plan reviews, and accurate record keeping for Verizon Fios customers. Deliver sales recommendations that help customers get the most value from their Verizon Fios internet and TV services. Monitor account results and actively work toward sales targets by focusing on customer satisfaction and Verizon Fios growth. $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
