Front Counterperson - Repairs and Parts Manager

Falmouth Taylor Rental in North Falmouth is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Counterperson/ Repairs and Parts Manager. The position requires a strong knowledge of lawn and garden equipment and parts ordering. The candidate must be able to manage the repair process of rental equipment, including managing two mechanics. In addition, the candidate must be capable of taking and preparing rental orders, following up on rental inquiries, checking in and out rental equipment. We are a small business and are looking for a team player that is willing to pitch in on all aspects of the business. Previous sales and/or customer service experience is preferred. Experience in rental business, including knowledge of party supplies and rental equipment a plus. Strong customer service skills are required. Hours would be 7AM - 5PM four days a week and Saturday 7:30AM - 12:30 PM
