Job Description

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join a growing organization in the manufacturing space. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a high level of service while managing ongoing client relationships from order intake through fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Manage customer orders, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment Coordinate closely with internal teams such as production, operations, and logistics to meet customer needs Monitor order status, resolve issues, and proactively communicate updates to customers Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution Maintain accurate customer and order records within internal systems Qualifications Experience in customer service, account management, or a similar client-facing role Background in the packaging industry strongly preferred; experience in manufacturing or a related industry also considered Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Proficient with ERP systems, CRM tools, or order management systems Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
