B2B Sales & Wholesale Growth Represent Gratinsta at major gift and jewelry trade shows (Las Vegas, Atlanta, New York) during designated months Pitch buyers, open new wholesale accounts, and close deals on the spot Build and nurture relationships with retail buyers, rep groups, and wholesale partners Collaborate with our outside sales distribution team to drive repeat orders and account growth Identify new market segments and wholesale opportunities
  • boutiques, museum shops, hotel gift stores, catalog buyers, and beyond 2. Community Building, Affiliates & Social Media Own and grow Gratinsta's social media presence
  • content planning, scheduling, and posting across platforms Create engaging content that reflects our brand aesthetic and connects with our audience of nature lovers and jewelry enthusiasts Manage and grow our affiliate program in partnership with established affiliate groups Build genuine relationships with affiliates, creators, and brand advocates
  • keeping them engaged, motivated, and aligned with our brand story Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in wholesale, B2B sales, or retail account management with a demonstrated ability to close deals Available to travel to trade shows in Las Vegas, Atlanta, and New York during designated months Hands-on experience managing social media platforms including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking Background in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or community management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships Highly self-directed with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Compensation:
This role begins as a part-time contract at 20 hours per week at $20 per hour, ramping up to 40 hours per week at $22 per hour following a successful probation period which totals to $3,200
