Job Description

About the Role We're seeking an Associate Client Manager to provide assistance to the Client Management team when needed to help fulfill all customer service needs. The Associate Client Manager will provide essential support to the entirety of the MEC ecosystem. The role is fluid with a balance of tactical assignments and strategic initiatives centered on the efficient, scalable, process driven, successful support of our clients and team. Responsibilities Develop relationships and work with the My Estate Concierge team and subcontractors to ensure client home maintenance needs are met such as scheduled maintenance, responsive maintenance, punch list completion etc. Work cohesively with client managers to understand the needs of clients and ensure they are met. Take ownership of assignments, schedule internal team, subcontractors and trades, manage CRM organization, facilitate home access. Confirm work orders are set up properly and with the proper attention to detail. Help ensure the field team has what they need (understand all requirements and objectives), and what their status is on jobs, as this affects the next day's schedule. Utilize Sales Force CRM to ensure detailed compliance/completion of jobs from the field team. Share completed work order reports with homeowners via email. Refine, iterate, and implement repeatable and efficient processes related to successful work management. Collaborate with internal teams. Occasional travel to and from client homes. Location & Commitments This position is primarily based at 2 Willow Street, #202, Southborough (Fayville), MA 01745 and occasional travel to client homes with opportunities for flexible working arrangements where applicable. Full-time role (40 hours per week). Requirements Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply! Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant coursework a plus 3+ years in CRM, construction, home care, client relations, or team coordination Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Creative, customer-focused, and professional Able to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments Salary Range $53,965 - $78,265 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek.
