Full Job Description Job Title:
Personal Lines Account Manager Join our welcoming and collaborative team as a Personal Lines Account Manager! In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor for our valued personal insurance clients, fostering long-term relationships in a supportive, friendly environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage an assigned book of personal lines insurance accounts, including auto, homeowners, renters, and other related policies. Provide exceptional day-to-day client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with a warm, solutions-oriented approach. Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. Educate and advise clients on coverage options, policy features, and risk management best practices. Partner with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure favorable client outcomes. Review policy documents for accuracy and completeness before delivering them to clients. Maintain accurate records in the agency management system. Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling additional insurance products. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and fellow team members in a cooperative and supportive manner to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. State insurance license (Property & Casualty) required or must be obtained within a specified period. 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, agency, or a related field preferred. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, positive environment.
