Duties Engage in outside sales activities to identify and attract potential clients through networking, community events, and telemarketing campaigns Conduct comprehensive analysis of clients' financial situations to recommend suitable life insurance products Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand client base and increase brand awareness Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims or policy updates Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Familiarity with sales administration processes and marketing strategies to grow client portfolios Ability to handle telemarketing efforts ethically while adhering to industry regulations Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to client engagement Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance standards such as HIPAA is a plus Join us if you're passionate about sales, enjoy building relationships, and want to make a positive impact by helping others protect their future.
