Base Salary:
$160,000-$180,000 + incentive up to $60,000 Role Overview The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing large institutional accounts and Centers of Excellence treating Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC). The role focuses on driving product access, adoption, and long-term relationships across dermatology and neurology practices in the Northeast. MUST ‑ HAVE Responsibilities Manage large institutional and specialty accounts, including Centers of Excellence Develop and execute regional and account strategies aligned with launch goals Build strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and purchasing teams Drive product pull‑through, access, and utilization Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access Deliver product and formulary presentations to healthcare professionals Maintain accurate CRM data and report on KPIs and account performance Travel extensively within the assigned region MUST‑HAVE Qualifications & Skills ✅ Bachelor's degree ✅ 7+ years pharmaceutical / biotech / life sciences experience ✅ Experience managing institutional or large specialty accounts ✅ Strong understanding of FDA / PhRMA compliance ✅ Knowledge of reimbursement and market access ✅ Proven strategic account planning and execution skills ✅ Excellent communication and presentation abilities ✅ Willingness to travel 60-70% overnight ✅ Ability to work cross‑functionally and lead without authority Strongly Preferred (Not Required) Rare disease experience Dermatology or neurology background Product launch experience To apply, please email your resume to
