Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Client Relations Manager to create, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with our valued customers. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, resolving issues swiftly to guarantee maximum satisfaction. You must be an excellent communicator who can grasp unique customer needs and brainstorm creative ways to fulfill them.
Key Responsibilities Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients through regular check-ins.
Client Satisfaction:
Schedule routine meetings with customers to ensure service standards are met.
Issue Resolution:
Act as the primary point of contact for complaints and escalate issues appropriately.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Serve as the liaison between the home office, operations, and onsite service teams.
Internal Alignment:
Collaborate with the CFO, GM, and Director of Sales to address client needs.
Sales & Revenue:
Create sales plans, generate client estimates, and work diligently to meet revenue targets.
Upselling:
Drive add-on sales to generate additional revenue (commission opportunities available).
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and required project documentation.
Qualifications Experience:
Previous customer relations experience in a service-based business is highly preferred.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Operations:
Strong leadership qualities with a proven problem-solving aptitude.
Efficiency:
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams.
Tech Savvy:
Able to navigate scheduling systems, online software tools, and phone apps.
Mobility:
Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation required.
Availability:
Flexibility to work nights and weekends as business needs dictate.
Legal:
Must be a United States citizen or naturalized citizen.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
