POSITION OVERVIEW
•The National Account Manager (NAM) builds, elevates, and expands Solo Stove relationships with key customers across the Mass & Grocery channel. Responsible to develop and deliver against revenue and business development key performance measures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Achieve annualized revenue growth plan, trade spending, and gross margin goals Provide leadership, direction and support to third party sales partners to deliver goals and strategic objectives Proactively leads the strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets. Plan, execute, and evaluate trade spend programs to drive incremental growth Ability to analyze sales performance metrics to help deliver overall goals Grow distribution profitable distribution Create and maintain sales forecasts Responsible for participating in internal weekly and monthly administrative reports and call reports as necessary Builds relationships at senior levels in key customers to maximize Solo Stoves results
ACCOUNT ABILITIES & PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Achieves assigned sales objectives in designated strategic accounts and sales agency management. Meets assigned expectations for profitability. Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company and account management. Completes strategic customer account plans. Maintains high customer satisfaction & develops direct relationships with customer personal & sales agency. Responsible to develop annual sales & spend plan for territory inclusive of forecasting, planning, Co-op and other promotional spending, merchandising & planograms.
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
Enlists the support of sales & marketing implementation resources as needed. Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years outside sales experience A documented track record of achieving sales goals Experience manager a broker network preferred Outstanding interpersonal skills along with the ability to establish strong relationships with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
