Account Manager
  • Landscape & Client Services (Ann Arbor, MI) Are you someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and taking ownership of the customer experience?
DJ's Landscape Management is growing, and we're looking for an Account Manager to support and manage an established portfolio of clients in the Ann Arbor market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship driven environment and enjoys both servicing existing clients and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring high quality service delivery, and identifying opportunities for additional work. This role is focused on client retention, satisfaction, and growth within an existing customer base. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
(base salary + commission + seasonal incentives) $50,000

  • What You'll Do Manage and service an existing portfolio of client accounts Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact Ensure client satisfaction by working closely with operations teams on service delivery Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and additional services Recommend and sell additional work based on client needs and property opportunities Drive client retention, renewals, and overall account growth Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Generate referrals and support new business opportunities Maintain accurate account and activity records in CRM systems Requirements•What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in account management, client service, or B2B sales Experience in the landscaping or green industry preferred, but not required Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage expectations Experience identifying opportunities and selling additional services within existing accounts Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle client concerns and navigate challenging situations professionally Experience working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment Desire and ability to embody the Core Values of Safety, Collaboration, Professionalism, Accountability and Achievement Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office DJ's Landscape Management is a drug-free workplace.
