Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Relationship & Growth Manager to drive business development and foster strong client partnerships. In this role, you will lead efforts to expand our client base, nurture existing relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will be key to elevating our brand and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with clients and become their go-to resource. Listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand each client's goals. Identify opportunities to improve properties and create additional value. Generate new business while strengthening existing relationships. Collaborate with our operations team to ensure promises become reality. Communicate proactively and provide an exceptional client experience. Represent Proscape with professionalism, integrity, and pride. Contribute to the growth of the company and the success of the team. Requirements A passion for building relationships and helping people succeed. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills. A self-starter mindset with a desire to learn and grow. The ability to balance client expectations with operational realities. Experience in sales, account management, business development, project management, or a similar client-facing role. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience in landscaping, construction, property management, home services, or a related industry. Experience working with high-end residential or commercial clients. A consultative, relationship-first approach to sales and service. Landscape industry experience is preferred but not required.
