We're a leading brokerage known for exceptional service, tailored solutions, and forward-thinking risk management. In this role, you'll manage both new and existing personal lines accounts, partner closely with our sales team, and ensure seamless day-to-day administration of client insurance programs. We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $50,000-$65,000 (based on experience). Healthcare insurance 100% paid for employees (Medical, Dental, Vision), Vacation, PTO; bonus and commission opportunities. Requirements for our
Insurance Account Manager-Personal Lines :
A minimum of 3 years' experience in an agency setting and proven personal lines experience with a focus on account management or underwriting. Experience with carrier quotation platforms and related agency/broker submission forms. Strong understanding of insurance products and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail. State of Michigan Property/Casualty Insurance License required; Life/Health license is a plus. Proficiency in using multiple computer software programs. Responsibilities for our
Insurance Account Manager-Personal Lines :
Manage and service client accounts, including processing policy changes, handling payments, and answering billing inquiries. Good comprehension of personal lines insurance plans, including, auto, home owners, renters etc. Assist in acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones through excellent service and proactive communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. Quote and rate insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
