MMo Job Overview:
Account Managers play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our international clients. The AM is responsible for understanding the intricacies of each account and ensuring that our products and services align with their needs, fostering long-term engagement and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts. Understand client needs, challenges, and business environments to propose solutions that align with their objectives. Work with clients post-install as their Fire Rover contact to ensure all of their needs have been met and maintain open lines of communication
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Recognize opportunities for growth within each account and collaborate with the sales team to capture new business.
Strategic Planning:
Create and implement account plans that detail business objectives, strategies, and actions to drive mutual growth and satisfaction. Analyze account performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies as necessary.
Coordination and Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure the delivery of premium service to key accounts. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication between the client and internal teams.
Feedback and Reporting:
Provide feedback to the product and service teams from key accounts, driving continuous improvement. Regularly update management on account status, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a relevant role. Strong understanding of client communications. Proven track record of achieving growth in complex accounts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with a range of stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
