Insurance Account Representative

The Jessica Thompson Agency of Farm Bureau Insurance is looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Representative who can confidently balance both sales and service in a fast-paced, small agency environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, helping people protect what matters most, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts through thoughtful, needs-based recommendations. In this role, you'll work closely with clients on their home, auto, and personal insurance needs—delivering exceptional service while also driving new business and supporting account growth. We are locally owned and operated since 2004, we proudly serve clients throughout Monroe County and continue to expand. Qualifications:
