Job Description

A Japanese electronic components manufacturer is seeking an Administrator.
Salary :
$23-25/hour Administrative Operation Order Confirmations to customers Sales Order Entry Placing Purchase orders to Headquarters in Japan Daily Shipments order to Warehouse Issue Invoice Accounts Receivable Record, Cash receipts Accounts Receivable Follow-up for overdue Accounts Payable Record, Payments to customer account HR Related Employment agreement, Labor Law etc. Support for recruitement Support for expatriate (Visa, Apartment, Wage tax, Health Insurance etc.) Other HR related matters (Annual holidays, attendance record, sick leave, worker's accident report to HQ, etc.) Customer Management Report customer FCST, production schedule Negotiate for leveling production Supplier portal operation and management ( logistics related items) Office Soft Excel (Pivot, vlookup, sumif, others) Power Point Word Cloud tools (Micro soft 365, space finder, others) General Office Support Preparation of various documents, work procedures, internal regulations, etc. (prepared in consultation and with relevant parties) Skills and Qualifications Advanced proficiency in both Japanese and English required, including reading, writing, and speaking.
