Job Description

Your tasks As the Senior Key Account Manager, you play a critical role in customer relationship and account strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term growth. This role will have a heavy focus in managing the program and contract implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
Support Tool Development and Release processes Actively research, identify and develop collaborative customer relationships. Formulate sales strategy in alignment with sales plan using knowledge of the market and competitors. Identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, solutions, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Develop and present solutions to decision makers at customer. Forecast, track, and record sales activities to meet or exceed targets. Track and report global revenue sharing with customer Lead contract amendment(s) and/or contract renewal both internally and with customer Support Customer Service in resolution of dealer issues, locally and globally Assist in the maintenance of the customer ecommerce platform Support new dealer account setup and account changes Be self-dependent in the analysis and evaluation of complex customer requirements. Collaborate with internal product and service owners to deliver product and service features, functions, and specifications in alignment with customer needs. Assist in global product launches and customer initiatives. Your profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Minimum of 5+ years of related account management or project management experience. Must be highly organized and able to effectively handle numerous projects, initiatives, and issues within established due dates. Preferably with experience leading global, cross-functional project team. Prefer experience working with technical and/or complex solutions. Must have the ability to develop a winning strategy that solves customer concerns. Must have proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives. Excellent presentation skills - deliver professional content in a passionate way required. Flexibility to meet changing business / customer demands. Typical travel - 25%, may periodically increase as needed. Must be within a commutable distance to facility. Relocation support not offered. Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship. Not eligible for internal VA/VN international assignment.
