With deep expertise in spindle repair, rebuilds, and machining applications, we partner with customers to deliver high-performance, cost-effective solutions that drive productivity. Position Summary We are seeking a Sales / Key Accounts Professional to support and drive sales activities across our spindle and manufacturing services portfolio. This role is responsible for developing competitive, profitable quotations, managing customer relationships, and supporting key accounts within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of spindles, fixtures, indexable cutting tools, broach tools, machining processes, and technical sales within a a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage competitive and profitable quotations for spindles, fixtures, cutting tools, broach tooling, and related services Analyze customer drawings, layouts, and technical specifications to develop accurate pricing and proposals Activelyfollow up on quotations and sales opportunities to drive order conversion and revenue growth Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, anticipating customer needs and identifying opportunities for expansion Prospect and develop new business while supporting and growing existing customer accounts Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing teams to ensure alignment on scope, costing, and delivery Review historical cost data and similar jobs to establish effective pricing strategies Monitor quoting volume, order intake, and scheduling requirements to support business objectives Maintain detailed sales records and evaluate account performance for profitability and growth opportunities Resolve customer issues while maintaining confidence, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships Ensure adherence to company estimating practices, sales processes, and manufacturing capabilities Maintain awareness of competitor offerings, pricing, and market conditions within the machine tool industry Qualifications Post-secondary education in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience Proven success in technical sales within the manufacturing or machine tool industry Strong knowledge of spindles, machining processes, tooling, and industrial applications Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings, prints, and layouts to develop pricing structures Solid understanding of estimating methods, cost analysis, and pricing strategy Experience managing key accounts and developing customer relationships Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) is an asset Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
