Job Description

As Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring services are delivered effectively, on time, and in line with agreed expectations.

You'll work closely with internal delivery, operations, and sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience, while also identifying opportunities to enhance and evolve the service offering.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementBuild strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholdersAct as the main point of contact for day-to-day account activityLead regular service reviews and performance discussionsManage and resolve any issues or escalations effectivelyService Delivery & OperationsOversee the end-to-end delivery of learning servicesCoordinate demand, solution design, and executionEnsure services are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timelinesMaintain visibility of operational performance and outcomesFinancial & Commercial OversightMonitor account performance against budgets and forecastsSupport effective cost management and resource planningMaintain awareness of account performance and commercial commitmentsCollaboration & CoordinationWork closely with internal teams to ensure aligned deliverySupport resource planning and operational changes where neededContribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvementContinuous Improvement & GrowthIdentify opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiencySupport account development alongside the wider sales teamUse data and insights to enhance performance and client outcomesWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent, high-quality service delivery against agreed standardsStrong client relationships and high levels of satisfactionWell-managed operations and clear communication across teamsAccurate financial oversight and delivery against expectationsOngoing improvements in service quality and efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForExperience in account management, client services, or delivery-focused rolesStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsOrganised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCommercial awareness and confidence working with budgets and forecastsExperience overseeing service delivery or project-based workStrong communication and presentation skills
