Our Deal Advisory team supports companies expanding and investing in the United States through federal, state, and local incentive programs, tax credit opportunities, structured finance transactions, and other business advisory projects. Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Deal Advisory Associate with strong Korean and English bilingual proficiency to join our Troy, Michigan office. This role will primarily support client-facing advisory engagements involving tax credits, business incentives, investment projects, and transaction-related services, while also assisting with business development, client communications, research, documentation, and deliverable preparation. The ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented, proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced client service environment. Because this role involves direct communication with Korean-speaking clients, U.S. professionals, financial institutions, government-related organizations, and internal leadership, excellent English communication skills are essential, and Korean language proficiency is required. This position is intended to support current advisory projects as well as future deal-related services that may be added or expanded over time. Key Responsibilities Client Service, Business Development & Relationship Management Support client relationship management through professional communication, coordination, scheduling, and follow-up. Assist partners and senior team members with client outreach, meeting coordination, and business development activities. Prepare marketing materials, proposals, presentation decks, meeting summaries, and client-facing materials. Provide Korean-English interpretation during meetings, client visits, conference calls, and presentations, as needed. Translate, review, and summarize documents, emails, reports, and client materials between Korean and English. Coordinate logistics for business travel, client visits, industry events, and local or out-of-town meetings, including driving partners or clients when requested. Maintain professional communication with clients, referral sources, investors, attorneys, consultants, financial institutions, and other external parties. Deal Advisory & Transaction Support Support tax credit, incentive, structured finance, and deal advisory projects for companies expanding or investing in the United States. Assist with client intake, project eligibility review, data collection, information requests, and document organization. Conduct research and analysis on federal, state, and local incentive programs, regulatory requirements, economic development programs, and project-related matters. Prepare draft reports, summaries, memoranda, financial schedules, client communications, and other deliverables. Support the preparation and management of due diligence materials, project timelines, closing checklists, and transaction-related documentation. Work with internal team members and external professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables. Assist with additional deal-related, advisory, compliance, or transaction support services as the practice continues to grow.
Qualifications Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Work Location:
Must be able to work on-site at the company's Troy, Michigan office.
Travel & Mobility:
Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel by air or car up to 50% of the time.
Language Skills:
Korean language proficiency is required. Excellent English writing, speaking, and professional communication skills are essential.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, and client presentations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced professional environment. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines. Professional demeanor and ability to interact confidently with clients, executives, industry professionals, government-related organizations, and internal team members. Strong willingness to learn tax credit, incentive, transaction, and advisory-related concepts. Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary of $50k~55k, payable monthly during the first week of each month. Employee will be eligible for the Company's standard benefits package following a 3-month waiting period, including Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k), subject to the terms of the applicable plans.
Work Schedule Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Status:
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. Field visits, client meetings, and business travel may be required as requested by management.
Employment Terms Work Arrangement:
On-site at the Troy, Michigan office, with field visits and travel as needed.
