Jr. Sales & Account Manager Entry-Level Sales Opportunity | Training Provided | Career Growth Path Looking to launch a career in sales with a company that will actually train and invest in you? We're looking for motivated, outgoing, and coachable individuals to join our clients growing team as a Jr. Sales & Account Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to break into business-to-business sales, account management, and customer relationship development. In this role, you'll learn the fundamentals of sales, customer management, product knowledge, and business communication while working directly with real customers and decision-makers across multiple industries. What You'll Do Communicate with customers via phone and email to support orders, account needs, and product inquiries Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and existing customers Build relationships with business decision-makers including Service Managers, Operations Managers, CFOs, and Purchasing Teams Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts Follow up on provided leads and sales opportunities Manage and support a portfolio of approximately 400 active customer accounts Learn a large catalog of industry-specific products and solutions Deliver exceptional customer service while developing sales skills Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and mentorship programs Travel opportunities may become available as you grow into the role Training & Career Development This position starts with a strong customer support and product training foundation designed to help you understand the industry, customers, and sales process. As you develop, you'll transition into a more sales-focused account management role, typically within 4-6 months. You'll receive: Hands-on product and industry training One-on-one mentorship and sales coaching Exposure to business-to-business sales strategy Clear advancement and career growth opportunities Nationwide travel opportunities in the future What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred Candidates without a degree should have 3-4 years of professional work experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive attitude, resiliency, and willingness to learn Comfortable speaking with customers and making outbound calls Organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented Proficiency with
