Job Description
Account Manager/Large Ag Sales - Build Relationships, Drive Results Midwest Machinery Co. (MMC) is a fast-growing, family-owned John Deere dealership with 29 locations across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We take pride in supporting our employees and customers with a strong team environment and opportunities for growth. The Position We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Account Manager/Large Ag Sales who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and growing their territory. This role focuses on selling agricultural, compact construction, and turf equipment, along with aftermarket solutions, to both new and existing customers. You'll own your territory, prospecting new business, pursuing leads, and consistently hitting or exceeding sales goals. Alongside generating new revenue, you'll manage an established portfolio of accounts, strengthening relationships, resolving issues, and identifying upselling opportunities. This is a performance-driven role where initiative, persistence, and a competitive mindset directly impact your success and earning potential.
