Contributes to the efficient Masis operations by performing their duties accurately and in a timely manner.
R OLE AND R ESPONSIBILITIES
Meet or exceed productivity and sales goals established by the executive team for designated area. Delivering exceptional customer service to assigned clients Act as a bridge of communication between client and operations department to ensure all client's needs and expectations are met. Meet or exceed safety standard goals established by the Risk Department. Settle problems at own level, ensure matters are handled quickly and efficiently without unnecessary escalation to upper management. Always demonstrate strong leadership and business ethics and with minimum supervision. Lead by example of performance, productivity, and execution. Contribute to the growth of market share and profit of the company. Ensure adherence of company policy by all personnel in designated area. Ensure that assigned clients receive exceptional service to ensure customer retention and accelerated sales growth. Implement and maintain compliance with all federal and state labor laws.
Q UALIFICATIONS AND E DUCATION R EQUIREMENTS
Requires at least 5 years of successful staffing industry experience in a leadership role. Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion. Must be an achiever who is performance oriented and competitive, yet team focused with a strong strategic sales approach. Leadership talents include mentoring, delegating, and motivating teams. Previous supervisory experience is required and must have proven ability to lead large teams to perform to expectations. Higher Education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field in addition to industry experience is highly desirable but not required.
P REFERRED S KILLS
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles Ability to inspire, coach and develop others through a shared vision and purpose Ability to select high quality/caliber talent. Ability to engage and lead team meetings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proven track record driving & executing best in class service. Proven sales and staffing expertise. Drive a culture of execution Understand Financial reporting/statements High level of concentration

Routine office environment and various customer location visits. May require extended daily work schedule, occasional weekends, and travel.
