At Munie Greencare Professionals, we are hiring an Account Manager to serve as the connection between our crews and our customer at Fort Leonard Wood. This is a hands-on role where you will spend most of your time outside—walking properties, checking work, working alongside the team when needed, and ensuring the customer is consistently satisfied. Expect to spend 70-80% of your time in the field. This is not a sit-back-and-direct position. The best people in this role lead by example, stay close to the work, and step in when it matters. What You'll Do Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the customer, building trust through responsiveness and follow-through Spend the majority of your time in the field ensuring work is completed to standard and on schedule Walk sites regularly to check quality, identify issues, and resolve them proactively Work alongside crews when needed, including operating equipment such as mowers or trimmers, to keep production moving and maintain quality Communicate clearly with crew leadership to align on priorities and expectations Ensure all work is performed safely and reinforce safety expectations in real time Help plan daily work based on weather, site conditions, and customer needs Address customer concerns quickly, professionally, and with a solutions-first mindset Support onboarding and development of team members in the field What You Bring Comfort working outdoors all day in varying weather conditions Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers A hands-on mindset with willingness to step in and do the work when needed Ability to stay organized and keep work moving with urgency Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day Strongly Preferred Spray license or ability to obtain Bilingual Spanish/English highly valued for this team environment Why Munie Greencare At Munie Greencare Professionals, our work reflects who we are Mission Driven
