JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY
The Commercial Client Administrator provides essential support to Relationship Managers and direct day-to-day client service to business clients. This role ensures seamless operations and superior client service by performing administrative and transactional tasks, including accurate handling of tasks with potential financial exposure to the bank. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters as needed. Process and maintain documentation for new and existing client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of loan documents, credit agreements, and other banking-related materials. Monitor account activity and follow up on discrepancies or required client actions. Support relationship managers with client onboarding, including collecting and verifying required documentation. Use operational platforms such as nCino and Salesforce to coordinate workflows and maintain accurate client records. Assist clients with loan payments, transfers, and account setup, ensuring appropriate authorization. Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, compliance, and operations to ensure timely delivery of client services. Maintain knowledge of bank products, including merchant services, treasury management, and wealth management. Support fraud monitoring efforts, including red flag activity and preparing Enhanced Due Diligence forms. MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred. 1 year of related support experience, preferably in a financial institution. Basic knowledge of financial statements. Ability to learn loan documentation processes and systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking systems. Strong communication and organizational skills.
