We are building a team of professionals who value accountability, results, and meaningful work. Position Overview As a Client Relationship Manager, you play a central role in the patient experience. You guide patients through their care journey from the initial consultation through ongoing care. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with financial conversations, and the ability to help patients commit to and follow through with their care plans. This is a patient-facing, inside sales role focused on relationship building, problem solving, and accountability. What You Will Do Build strong relationships with patients by understanding their concerns, goals, and motivations Guide patients through the decision-making process related to care plans, scheduling, and financial options Help patients understand the impact of their condition and the importance of consistency in care Address questions, concerns, and objections with clarity and professionalism Work closely with chiropractors and rehab staff to ensure patients understand their progress Ensure patients stay engaged and committed throughout their care plan Support follow-up communication and ongoing patient accountability What Success Looks Like Patients feel supported, informed, and confident in their care decisions Care plans are clearly understood and consistently followed Financial and scheduling expectations are communicated clearly Patients remain engaged and motivated throughout their care The clinical team experiences smooth handoffs and clear communication What We Are Looking For Someone who is confident, professional, and comfortable leading conversations Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to gain trust quickly Experience handling objections and helping people make decisions A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-based environment Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or management Experience in a private medical practice is a plus Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $40,000 to $45,000 per year Performance-based incentive program Health and dental insurance Paid time off Retirement plan with employer matching Ongoing professional training and development
