Account Representative - Paid Training & Salary This is an entry-level, trainable role with a structured development program. We train from the ground up, but we look for individuals with strong work ethic, coachability, and long-term career interest.

Salary or Commission Compensation (Weekly Pay, W-2 Employment, Weekly Bonuses, Travel Incentives). Starting at $50k annually, with hands on training for the first 30 days. Weeks 1: $500/week base pay + weekly bonuses Weeks 2-4: $700/week base pay + weekly bonuses Week 5+: $1,000/week base salary + weekly bonusesAnnual Earnings:
Minimum $50,000+ per year/ Weekly Bonuses range from $425 - $900.Includes:
weekly gas incentives, Aflac Supplemental Insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield Health benefits, Paid national travel opportunities, 35 hour work week.Commission Compensation:
Minimum starting pay: $1,250 commission + $500 weekly bonus = $1,750/weekAnnual Minimum:
$75,000+ per year /Annual Bonus Minimum:
$10k Top performers: $3,500-$5,000/week with uncapped commissions and bonusesIncludes:

Potential to oversee own team and manage client campaigns What You'll Do Conduct in-person consultations with residential customers (all leads provided by AT&T - no cold calling) Present and AT&T fiber internet, wireless, and TV package options to lead based consumers and existing customers. Assist customers with enrollment and support to installation/activation of services. Participate in daily coaching and weekly development sessions Train and support new representatives after mastering the sales process (after 60 days) Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who are: Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills Coachable, adaptable, and team-oriented Self-motivated and goal-driven Excited by performance-based opportunities Open to relocating out of state within 1-2 years to help expand into new markets Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus (not required) Why Join Us?
