Job Description

Blue Magnolia is hiring a full-time AT&T Account Manager in Jackson, MS to support customer accounts, strengthen client relationships, and drive wireless sales throughout the local market. This AT&T Account Manager role is fully onsite and centered around direct customer interaction, account management, and helping customers find wireless solutions that fit their lifestyle, work needs, and budget. As an AT&T Account Manager, you'll work directly with individual customers to manage accounts, explain promotions, recommend upgrades, and close sales confidently. The AT&T Account Manager plays a major role in customer retention and overall sales performance by building strong relationships and creating personalized customer experiences from the first conversation through long-term account support. This AT&T Account Manager opportunity is built for someone who is motivated by performance, enjoys in-person communication, and wants to develop long-term experience in sales, customer management, and business development while representing a nationally recognized brand. AT&T Account Manager Responsibilities Manage individual customer accounts and provide ongoing account support Promote AT&T wireless products, upgrades, and service plans through direct customer interaction Use a consultative sales approach to recommend services based on customer needs Handle account updates, service changes, and follow-up communication Identify additional sales opportunities through product recommendations and account reviews Track customer activity, account performance, and completed sales throughout the week Work alongside other AT&T Account Manager team members to improve customer retention and sales growth Participate in ongoing AT&T Account Manager training focused on customer engagement and sales strategy AT&T Account Manager Ideal Qualifications Strong communication skills and confidence speaking directly with customers Motivated by goals, competition, and performance-based sales environments Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and follow-ups Self-starters who work well independently and within team settings Individuals interested in growing long-term sales and account management skills Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful, but not required Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply for the AT&T Account Manager opportunity What This AT&T Account Manager Role Offers 100% commission-based compensation structure Uncapped earning potential tied directly to individual sales performance Full-time, fully onsite position in the Jackson market In-house training focused on sales, customer acquisition, and account management Networking opportunities with industry professionals Company-sponsored travel opportunities for top performers (this year: Cancun!)
