Rental Coordinator - Flathead Valley Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local Flathead Valley company to hire a Rental Coordinator! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What You'll Do Prepare and manage rental contracts Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person Assist with coordinating and occasionally delivering rental equipment Support daily operations to ensure a smooth rental process What We're Looking For Strong computer and administrative skills Previous customer service experience Excellent communication and organizational abilities Construction or equipment experience is a plus, but not required Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to help where needed Ready to Apply?
