Join our growing team and help us make a profound difference in others' lives! Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Revenue Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Complete all payroll duties Efficiently manage office schedules and appointments Organize and maintain physical and digital files Utilize ADP for payroll and related administrative tasks Assist in medical office management tasks as needed Support budgeting activities and financial record-keeping Conduct training sessions for new hires Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence handling Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in all communications
Experience Required Skills:
Payroll experience (minimum of 1 year) Proficiency in schedule management and file organization Experience using ADP or similar payroll software Knowledge of medical office management practices Ability to assist in budgeting tasks and training development Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Prior experience as an administrative clerk is a plus
Pay:
$43,500.00 - $46,000.00 per year
