Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to support day-to-day accounting operations and client account coordination in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position combines financial order processing with customer-facing account support, making it ideal for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working across multiple priorities. The role will focus on maintaining accurate records, managing invoicing activity, and helping ensure smooth communication between internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and process customer orders and monitor customer forecasts to ensure timely receipt and accuracy.
  • Enter and update customer, order, and billing information in D365.
  • Support customer accounts by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and coordinating service-related follow-up in a thorough manner.
  • Assist with inside sales and account coordination tasks by preparing documentation, confirming order details, and updating customer records.
  • Review inventory-related information to help verify adequate stock levels and align account activity with operational needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and maintain regular communication through phone and email.
