Key Account Assistant (M/F)

Offer description Your mission Onet Accueil is hiring a Key Account Assistant (M/F) for a work-study program. Based at the company's headquarters in Marseille (13009) and reporting to the Director of Customer Development, you will provide support in coordinating and managing the company's strategic clients. In this context, your main tasks are as follows: Help prepare responses to requests for proposals and RFIs (including assistance with bid reviews, technical proposals, financial proposals, and presentations) Assist the Key Account Manager (Reception) with contract management and during client meetings Help improve customer insights by updating CRM data Help qualify leads and schedule appointments Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments Conduct a benchmarking analysis of operations and the competition Perform various administrative tasks, Actively participate in team activities by taking on cross-functional tasks designed to support the team's smooth operation (industry monitoring, project presentations, tool development, etc.) Your assets You are pursuing at least a master's degree in business and are looking to contribute and develop your skills within a rapidly growing, internationally renowned company. You are thorough, adaptable, pragmatic, and curious. Your ability to work well in a team and your strong interpersonal skills are well established.
