About the Position As an Account Manager II I , you'll be responsible for maximizing the sale of Equipment and parts and services for Kenco Material Handling Solutions within an assigned terr itory or area to meet sales objectives , increase brand awareness, and grow a specific territory. Functions Develop and maintain a portfolio of assigned customers with a focus on growth, profitability , and operation al performance. Drive customer satisfaction and account stability in assigned territory . Cultivate long-term customer partnerships through strategic onsite visits . Q uote and s ubmit order s for new, used and rental material handling equipmen t . This includes rack and allied equipment. C oordinate and actively manage material handling equipment de l i v ery, installation and project management activities. Design and d eliver quarterly business reviews that analyze account performance , identify growth opportunities and align solutions with customer objectives . Serve as a trusted advisor by proactively assessing customers' material handling and automation requirements, recommending solutions that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and support operational goals R esol v es customer complaints by investigating proble m s; devel o ping solutions; preparing reports; making Drive account success through comprehensive understanding of contract details —service commitments, performance requirements, and deliverables—enabling proactive issue resolution, seamless compliance, and strategic renewal planning Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring high service levels, proactive communication, and timely issue resolution. Track material handling equipme n t data to assist customers wi t h efficienc y and cost savings goals. Maintain comprehensive and accurate CRM data by consistently documenting customer interactions, account updates, opportunity progression, and key activities to support forecasting and reporting, Develop , manage, and communicate account budgets by analyzing equipment needs, service requirements, and operational costs, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company profitability goals Proactively monitor and report key performance indicators such as fleet utilization , maintenance efficiency, and throughput metrics, translating data into actionable insights that help customers optimize their operations Manage lease and financial transa c tions for material handling equipment and automation . Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sciences, or related field required . Minimum of 10+ years of prior sales experience with proven success record; preferably prior experience selling material handling or similar equipment. Knowledge of territory geography is highly desirable. The ability to set and execute growth driven strategy. Ability to work independently with the capability to prioritize assignments . Strong communication , organizational, & time management skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment are necessary. Competencies Business Acumen
