Many people from a variety of backgrounds have succeeded in this role, so you don't need prior collections experience just a high school diploma, a positive attitude, and a drive to succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Help consumers resolve accounts via phone, email, and mail
• Handle inbound calls and assist with questions and payments
• Track all communications and keep accurate account records
• Recommend next steps and generate repayment documents when needed

up to $18.50 hour with no draw against your base
