Salary:
Commensurate with Experience
  • Must possess an active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer license in the State of Nebraska.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience working as a licensed insurance agent, preferably with an Independent Broker.
  • Must always maintain professionalism, and be proficient at time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Aviation experience or knowledge is a plus but is not required.
  • Will be expected to maintain a portion of the company's customer case load and build long-lasting relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Will prepare accurate and detailed documentation for upcoming insurance renewals.
  • Must be able to communicate professionally and clearly with customers, other employees, Underwriters, and Claims Adjusters by both telephone and email to maintain accurate customer files.
  • Will eventually assist with training and development of new employees as needed.
  • Must be willing to participate in regular training and meetings to refine skills and strengthen industry knowledge. Benefits
