Summit Ag views insurance from a customer's perspective and has developed innovative tools to simplify the process of selecting the most adequate coverage for each client we work with.

Because our business is multiplying at a rapid pace, we are searching for a business-minded professional to fill a Property & Casualty-Relationship Manager role in our West Point office.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a passion for people coupled with the ambition to investigate and discover new opportunities for policy expansion.

The P&C division of Summit Ag is an active participant in our established insurance network and benefits from the many leads generated from the crop insurance side of our industry.

  • Responsibilities in this Role
  • The P & C – Relationship Manager will be responsible for discovering and developing new client relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to learn, understand, and explain our wide variety of products to new customers and make product recommendations based on their needs.

This is a sales position that will require a person to have unwavering confidence and a competitive spirit to be successful.
