In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to grow our partnership. The ideal candidate balances exceptional communication skills with a strategic mindset, turning everyday client interactions into long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships as the trusted advisor to a portfolio of assigned clients.
Retention & Growth:
Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Onboarding & Execution:
Guide new clients smoothly through the onboarding process and collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Strategic Planning:
Conduct regular account reviews to understand client goals, track key performance metrics, and present data-driven recommendations.
Issue Resolution:
Act as the escalation point for client issues, troubleshooting problems quickly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction.
Initial Candidate Screening:
Conduct initial phone screenings and profile reviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements before presentation.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a relevant client-facing role.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for active listening and negotiation.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools.
Problem-Solving:
Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Vetting & Interviewing:
Proven ability to effectively interview, screen, and assess talent or project profiles over the phone.
Pay:
From $30.00 per hour
