We're looking for an Account Manager who thrives on ownership, communication, and execution. If you're someone who can keep projects moving, customers informed, and opportunities advancing, this role puts you at the center of it all. What You'll Do You'll be the go-to person for your Accounts —the one Customers trust and internal teams rely on. Own the Relationship Be the primary contact for key customer accounts Build strong connections with engineering, procurement, and quality teams Lead conversations, provide updates, and solve problems before they escalate Drive Opportunities Forward Manage RFQs, quotes, and active opportunities Keep pipelines moving—no stalled projects on your watch Re-engage dormant accounts and uncover growth opportunities Support the Business Side Partner with engineering and operations to develop quotes Track and follow up to improve win rates Grow into pricing and estimating ownership over time ️ Run the Program Manage projects from quote production delivery Coordinate across engineering, production, and quality Translate technical details into clear, customer-friendly updates Keep Orders on Track Process POs and manage order flow in ERP systems Align with production on priorities and delivery schedules Proactively communicate risks, delays, and changes Lead Change & Problem-Solving Support new product launches and engineering changes Coordinate responses to quality issues and drive resolution Keep customers confident—even when challenges arise What This Role Is NOT ❌ Cold-calling sales ❌ Commission-only pressure ❌ Purely administrative work ❌ A siloed estimating role ✅
What You Bring Required:
3-7 years in account management, program management, or customer-facing roles (manufacturing preferred) Strong organization and ability to juggle multiple priorities Clear, confident communication skills Self-driven mindset —you keep things moving Nice to
Have:
Experience in precision machining, aerospace, medical, or industrial manufacturing Familiarity with RFQs, technical drawings, or ERP/MRP systems Exposure to quoting, estimating, or cost analysis Why Join C&M Precision?
