Job Description

Business Operations & Client Relations Manager Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey Are you an experienced automotive professional ready for a better schedule, a broader role, and an opportunity to make a real impact? We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and self-motivated individual to help manage the daily business operations of a growing automotive and government fleet company. This is not a traditional dealership position. Our clients primarily come through government contracts, existing relationships, and internet-based sales—without the typical retail dealership environment. The right person will be comfortable working with customers, employees, vendors, and management. You should not be afraid to pick up the phone, solve a problem, follow up with a client, or help keep a busy operation moving in the right direction. What You'll Help Manage Customer communication and sales follow-up Payroll and staffing coordination Invoicing, sales tracking, and shop records Work orders and production documentation Inventory planning and control Employee training, accountability, and professionalism Client relationships and business-development opportunities Daily office and operational responsibilities Profitability, efficiency, and company growth You do not need to know every part of our business on day one. We are willing to train and work with the right person. However, you must be eager to learn, comfortable with computers, able to manage multiple priorities, and motivated to take ownership of your responsibilities. Who May Be a Great Fit?
