Job Description

As a Client Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our work, managing direct relationships with our valued charity partners. This senior role is about strategy, oversight, and ensuring our fundraising efforts are top-notch. You'll work closely with supervisors to drive success, growth, and quality across all fundraising initiatives. In this role, you will: Manage a portfolio of direct relationships with key charity partners. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed fundraising targets. Oversee the day-to-day operations and development of fundraising teams. Analyze performance data and metrics to create actionable insights and reports for clients. Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with charity partners to discuss strategy, performance, and future opportunities. Ensure all fundraising activities align with the clients' brand identity and mission.
What we are looking for:
3+ years of experience in client management, account management, or a similar strategic role. Proven experience in a leadership or senior role, with a strong understanding of team management. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-level relationships. A deep understanding of the nonprofit sector and fundraising methodologies. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). By representing these esteemed non-profit organizations, we are committed to amplifying their impact and making a positive change in the world.
