Role:
Join our dynamic team at Medical Claims Billing Florida LLC as a DME Fulfillment and Logistics specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of durable medical equipment to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the fulfillment process of durable medical equipment orders. Coordinate logistics and shipping to ensure timely delivery. Manage inventory levels and track equipment availability. Communicate with healthcare providers and clients regarding order status. Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries. Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment and logistics. Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate invoicing. Assist in optimizing logistics processes for efficiency.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or supply chain preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of medical equipment is a plus.
