Job Description

Pearl & Hoyt is an A+ BBB-accredited sales and leadership development firm based in New Jersey. We partner with nationally recognized brands to execute high-visibility, in-person sales campaigns within established retail environments, while developing future leaders from the ground up. About the Role As an Entry-Level Account Representative, you will work directly with customers in an in-person sales environment, representing our clients with confidence and integrity. This role focuses on relationship-based sales, not scripted or transactional interactions.
You will be trained to:
Build genuine rapport with potential customers Present client products and services based on individual needs Acquire and maintain new customer accounts Track activity and performance using Salesforce Represent national brands with professionalism in a customer-facing setting We hire and train all team members at the entry level to ensure everyone understands our standards, systems, and approach. From there, team members can pursue advancement into leadership, training, or management based on performance and interest.
