Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Insurance Account Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients , managing accounts, advising on coverage, and ensuring clients receive the best solutions for their needs. This position offers hands-on training, professional growth, and flexible work options (on-site preferred, hybrid, or remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate and competitive insurance quotes for clients. Cross-sell and enhance client accounts to ensure full coverage and satisfaction. Issue insurance documentation , including certificates of insurance, ID cards, and policy endorsements. Advise and educate clients on coverage options, policy details, and renewals. Shop policy renewals to ensure clients receive the best coverage and rates. Maintain organized and accurate records in agency management systems ( Applied EPIC experience is a plus

Requirements:

Active New Jersey Property & Casualty license required. Prior experience in insurance account management or a similar client-facing role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems (Applied EPIC preferred). Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Team-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional phone presence and polished office etiquette.
