Job Description

Account Manager/Proactive Inside Sales Greentech Renewables Central Division SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Account Manager/Proactive Inside Sales to own multiple clients' books of business, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide sales support. This will require both office work and work on customer sites. The ideal candidate is someone who hates to lose, is a self-starter, competitive, driven and client centric. This person needs to have an entrepreneur's spirit and is willing to work to build our rapidly growing business. We will provide extensive training (lean six sigma, product training, sales training, project management training). Your ability to learn and general interest in what we do is more important than your education/job history. You will be supported by an excellent team of engineers and technicians with vast manufacturing technology knowledge.

Profit Center Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Previous customer service and/or administrative experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, etc. (office experience may be considered as well) Computer proficiency is required Demonstrated ability to provide high level of customer service and handle multiple priorities at once is essential
ADDITIONAL PROFICIENCIES
Stellar multitasking and prioritizing ability, as well as a strong sense of urgency Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Be organized and possess strong problem-solving skills Must show initiative, self-motivation, perseverance Mechanical or industry interests is recommended
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or associates degree in relevant field OR 2 years industry experience
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions vary and will include warehouse, office, and external environments. Activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office work may include sitting for extended periods. May include some travel
  • both by car and by air Manufacturing client facilities may have hazards or dirty conditions.
COMPENSATION
The compensation range for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 annually
OTHER COMPENSATION
The following additional compensation may be applicable for this position: Bonus Profit Sharing

Proactive client account management: Account Manager/Proactive Inside Sales will be assigned specific customer accounts and will be accountable for those clients having a consistently positive experience. Processing orders. Quoting and consulting on technology specs. Help our clients migrate and modernize continuously. Drive client spec. Make site visits to intimately understand our clients' business and educate them our ways to improve their business with technology. Answer phones, take walk-ins, and answer client emails. Build and work a strategic business plan. Support our team's growth and find new ways to creatively service our clients.
