Verizon Account Manager Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for Verizon customers, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets Educate customers on Verizon services, promotions, and solutions to increase engagement and usage Deliver impactful presentations that drive sales and customer acquisition Analyze customer trends, buying behavior, and market activity to stay competitive Collaborate with the Verizon Account Manager team to identify new growth opportunities and improve performance Track and evaluate performance metrics to optimize sales results Provide feedback and insights to leadership and clients to enhance overall sales strategy Represent the voice of the customer to improve service offerings and customer experience Qualifications for the
