This role requires a strong blend of account management, business development, and operational oversight expertise. The ideal candidate is both a relationship builder and revenue driver capable of managing deliveryplexities while proactively identifying and closing new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Account & Portfolio Management Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients. Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion strategies. Maintain strong executive-level relationships with client stakeholders. Ensure high client satisfaction and retention. Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify new leads within existing and new accounts. Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solution strategies. Lead contract negotiations and close new deals. Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets. Demonstrate proven quota attainment and measurable revenue expansion. Strategic & Operational Leadership Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams. Navigateplex delivery challenges and ensure smooth project execution. Identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure SLApliance. Develop account growth roadmaps aligned with client business objectives. Executive Communication & Negotiation Present strategic roadmaps and business reviews at the executive level. Leadmercial discussions, renewals, and contract negotiations. Influence decision-makers with value-driven consultative selling approaches. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Partnership, or Business Development within IT Services or Consulting. Proven success managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts. Demonstrated track record of: Revenue growth Quota attainment Closing multi-year services contracts Strong understanding of IT staffing, digital transformation, managed services, or enterprise technology solutions. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational involvement. Exceptional executive-levelmunication and negotiation skills.
