You will meet with contractors, business owners, and designers in the woodworking industry. You will support clients in learning design software, product pricing, and navigating our product offerings while supporting the company's existing customer base. Your ability to build relationships and achieve sales goals will be key to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Meet with designers, contractors, and franchise owners to increase company sales of wholesale products. Support clients with design software training and new product purchases. Achieve established sales goals, gross margin expectations, and profitability targets. Provide ongoing support to existing and new customers before and after sales, addressing questions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Identify and establish a new client base, including builders, contractors, remodelers, architects, designers, and dealers. Manage and maintain an organized showroom, meet with customers, and implement new marketing campaigns. Answer inquiries as needed, providing information and assistance to potential clients. Stay informed about woodworking, design trends, and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients. Implement and respond to social media marketing programs. Attend and manage trade show events.Qualifications:
Experience in sales, preferably in the Closet, Kitchen, and Bath industries. Strong proficiency in closet design software (such as ClosetPro, 2020 Design, Cabinet Vision, or similar) is highly preferred and considered essential for success in this role. Proficiency in software and a strong understanding of design principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of design, marketing, and social media is a plus. Trade show experience is a plus. Valid driver's license.Pay:
